We are committed to ensuring your growing success and will provide a replacement or full refund for any substandard items.

Return Process

    Contact Support

    Email our customer care team within 30 days of receipt, including your order number and clear photographs of the items in question.

    Receive Authorization

    Our horticultural experts will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

  • 3.
    Package Securely

    Place the items back in their original breathable packaging to prevent further damage, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the parcel.

  • 4.
    Refund Processing

    Once our warehouse confirms receipt and inspects the goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 working days.
