When will my order be dispatched?
We ship our bulbs and plants according to their optimal planting season. Spring-flowering bulbs are dispatched in autumn, while summer-flowering varieties are sent out in spring to ensure they arrive in peak condition.
How much does shipping cost within the UK?
Standard UK delivery is charged at a flat rate of £5.99. We offer free shipping on all orders over £50. All packages are tracked to ensure safe arrival at your doorstep.
What is your 'Grower's Guarantee'?
We take pride in our quality. If your bulbs fail to grow or arrive damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or a full refund as part of our commitment to your gardening success.
Can I amend or cancel my order after it has been placed?
As long as your order has not yet entered the dispatch process, we can make changes or cancel it. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible to request an update.
How should I store my bulbs if I'm not ready to plant them?
If you cannot plant your bulbs immediately, remove them from the packaging and store them in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight and frost.
